Synaptik's New Album 'Justify & Reason' Is Out Now Plus They Release New Video For 'The Incredible Machine'!

Synaptik Unleash New Video Single For 'The Incredible Machine' Same Day As Album Release Date!

British heavy metal five-piece, Synaptik from Norwich, UK have had a brilliant and busy year already, having signed with DeFox and Heart Of Steel records as well as landing a US deal with Divebomb records and re-releasing a remixed heavier version of their hit debut album, “The Mechanisms of Consequence” on 30th January, and they are set to make an even bigger impact with their sophomore album, “Justify & Reason” which is released today (March 10th).

To promote the release of their anticipated new album they have just dropped an official lyric video for new single, the mighty melodic and extremely technically skilled "The Incredible Machine", which features guest vocals from Meyrick de la Fuente (Exist Immortal).

Vocalist, John Knight commented on working with Meyrick de la Fuente who also produced the new album at Floodgate Studio. Saying: "(Meyrick's) Vocals on the chorus brought my original melody line to life, our vocals complimented each other well. It added a further dynamic which creates more melody that helps hammer home what the new album is all about; melody, aggression and emotion. It's perfect as the opening track and sets the standard for the rest of the album."

Knight also talked about the lyrical meaning behind the new single, 'The Incredible Machine': “Lyrically the song describes the human brain. The inner workings of the mind to a large extent remain a mystery. It’s extraordinary, our entire experience of life, all our mental experiences; they all result from the activity of chemistry in our brain, the activity of neurotransmitters and neurocircuits, synaptic signals sparking, a hundred billion nerve cells coordinate our physical actions. Quite literally mind blowing."

New album "Justify & Reason" is described as “A collection exhibiting real finesse, true technicality but not at the expense of neck-snapping riffs and a progressive air that’s both bracing and intimidatingly menacing”.

The album is available in a number of formats, including a special limited edition bundle deal, a double album (featuring a remix of their debut), vinyl and more! Check it out here: http://synaptikmetal.com/shop/

Synaptik will be playing at this year's Mammothfest UK amongst headliners, Rotting Christ, Fleshgod Apocalypse, along with Lawnmower Deth, Dragged Into Sunlight and more!

Bleed Again Release Video For 'Decimate' Plus Album Launch Show & Tour Details!

Upcoming Act Bleed Again Unleash New Video for 'Decimate' & Reveal Album Launch and Tour!

Fresh and exciting modern metal act, Bleed Again from the south coast of the United Kingdom strike hard with their massive melodic metalcore that is comparable to the likes of American heavyweights, Killswitch Engage and Trivium in both musical style and memorable energetic live performances.

Bleed Again has dropped their video for ‘Decimate’, the second track is taken from their highly-anticipated debut album, ‘Momentum’. The album will be released through recently signed US label Sliptrick Records on May 1st.

The new video lyric video for ‘Decimate’ makes quite the impact with defiant lyrics such as “You won’t be able to brain wash us all, you won’t see us fall!” which is delivered with intense urgency. Bleed Again is in no shortage of infectiously catchy hooks and melodies, placed on top of punishing riffs, relentless drum work and ferocious vocals.

Vocalist, James Dawson talks about the musical and lyrical inspirations of the song: "Decimate has definitely been influenced by my love for mainstream hardcore. We wanted to make a track that would have very little, or zero singing on it, a track that hits hard throughout. When we were writing this song, we knew straight away that it wasn't like anything we had done before. We knew it would stick out on the album, but in a good way."

"Lyrically this song has many different meanings. My first thoughts were that we take for granted what our past generations did for us in this country in WW1 and WW2. This grew into more political thinking in that I feel at times as if the government are constantly trying to scare us and control us into believing everything they say. Also, I was thinking at times that our past generations had a more simple life, even if it wasn't a very wealthy one. I feel at times that if we are to repair what I believe are very deep cracks in our society's, that we may have to destroy everything and start again. Rebuild."

‘Momentum’, which is impressively mixed and mastered by Acle Kahney of Tesseract is brimming with world dominating anthemic songs such as ‘Walk Through The Fire’, ‘Legacy’. Another stand out track is ‘Through My Eyes’, which was their first video single for the upcoming release and was filmed at their blistering 2016 Mammothfest set which they stole the show with, delivering one of the most memorable sets of the festival.

Mammothfest are big supporters of Bleed Again. Having seen their passion, energy and true potential, Mammothfest are therefore proud to be hosting their album launch party with a special show with the revered Welsh metalcore act, Brutality Will Prevail headlining.

The show will take place on the 6th May at The Arch, Brighton with a whole host of other great bands, including Raging Speedhorn, Giants and Death Remains. Bleed Again will simply revel in the live setting and what a way to launch their album in a night that won’t be forgotten by the band and metal heads alike! This launch show will add to their list of great support slots, as in the past they have shared the stage with established acts Soil, Darkest Hour and Devil Sold His Soul, all as a result of their intense shows which they have built a solid reputation for.

Vocalist James Dawson comments about his excitement for the release show "Our album release show is going to be huge. So many bands over two stages in one day at one venue ensures it's going to go off!! We are really looking forward to our headliners in Brutality Will Prevail as well as Raging Speed horn. The entire day is filled with local and nationwide talent and we can't wait to play and party afterwards."

Come down and hear new songs from ‘Momentum’ live and witness Bleed Again thrive!

Fleshgod Apocalypse Announced As Second Mammothfest Headliner! Plus Dragged Into Sunlight & More!

Mammothfest's biggest event to date continues with Fleshgod Apocalypse & 15 more acts added to the bill!

Mammothfest has already made two festival announcements this year for their main event taking place at The Arch in Brighton on 6-8th October, which included first headliners, Rotting Christ (UK exclusive), Tjusder, Meta-stasis, Lagerstein, OHHMS, Patrick Walker (40 Watt Sun) and more.

In this new latest announcement, Mammothfest reveals its second headliner will be Italian avant-garde symphonic extreme act, Fleshgod Apocalypse heading up the Death/Extreme metal main stage on Saturday the 7th October for their only other UK performance in the UK in 2017, along with a further 15 acts spread across various stages over the weekend!

Headliners Fleshgod Apocalypse

Fleshgod Apocalypse will only be doing two UK shows this year, so asides from their performance in Scotland in April, Mammothfest will be the only event where you can catch the band in the UK in 2017.

The six-piece leads the forefront of death metal in Italy and for a good reason. The Italians are inspired by renowned composers such as Morbid Angel, Cannibal Corpse as well as classical influences from Mozart, Beethoven and more. They have released four albums to date, their latest offering being ‘King’ (2016) through Nuclear Blast Records.

To date, Fleshgod Apocalypse has toured worldwide with established acts such as Behemoth, Dying Fetus, Napalm Death, The Black Dahlia Murder, Whitechapel and more. You won’t want to miss their triumphant and unforgettable set at Mammothfest!

That is not all – further additions to this mighty weekend include...

Saturday 7th October 2017 Death/Extreme metal MAIN stage

DRAGGED INTO SUNLIGHT join Fleshgod Apocalypse as main support on the main stage.

British extreme metallers from Liverpool, UK, Dragged Into Sunlight have been brought in as the main support to headliners, Fleshgod Apocalypse. They have been delivering their intense and brash sound for over a decade now, since 2006. There is a lot of mystery and intrigue surrounding the band, as they reveal little information about their identities, even going as far as to hide their faces, wearing balaclavas. Their live performances are a stranger affair, as they play with their back to the audience. They will have to be seen to be believed.

As support to the mighty legends MAYHEM in a vast European tour soon, Dragged into Sunlight will spread their unlight to Mammothfest in what is undoubtedly the darkest Mammothfest weekend to date.

Also appearing on the main stage:

Lawnmower Death

Also on the death/extreme main stage is thrash metal legends, Lawnmower Deth. They like to have fun whilst playing their thrash punk crossover sound. They formed back in 1987 and were active until the 1990’s and then reformed in 2008 in style by reuniting as support to massive Welsh metalcore band, Bullet For My Valentine. Since then Lawnmower Deth have landed many big supports and festival appearances, including Download Festival on a couple of occasions, Bloodstock, Hammerfest and more, and now it’s time for them to stun the crowds at Mammothfest also!

Other additions to Friday 6th October 2017 Black metal stage MAIN stage:

The Infernal Sea
