AWAKEN RELEASE VIDEO FOR "STAINED GLASS"

MODERN HARD ROCK BAND: AWAKEN have released their next single "Stained Glass" from their up and coming album Monsters and Machines due out in 2021. Having signed with TLG Entertainment the band continues to take each track and raise it another level. Which if today's stereos had decent equalizers a true test of turning it up loud would make every sound Awaken touches pure Hard Rock. Having set course with TLG Entertainment with their first single "Behemoth" Awaken defines their sound and deeper-reaching lyrics higher and higher as "Stained Glass" proves. Awaken is powerful rock that surges onwards and upwards.

'"Stained Glass" is a song for the overlooked. It's a song that speaks for those who have been prejudged, counted out, or taken for granted without their situations being understood. It's about how people can look at another through a stained glass lens and never really see who they are. This was actually one of the first so…

SMALL TOWN TITANS Release Single & Video For "Rufflin' Feathers"

York, PA Heavy Rock Band SMALL TOWN TITANS are taking on the absurdity of the world's modern social media obsession with their new single and music video, "Rufflin' Feathers." Directed by Josh Nesmith and Ben Guiles (guitarist), "Rufflin' Feathers" is the 5th single off of the band's upcoming LP, The Ride, due out November 13, 2020 via AntiFragile Music.

"'Rufflin' Feathers' is a tongue-in-cheek song about the circus that is social media this year. It's become a constant negative assault on the senses. We wrote it for those who want to drown out all of the social noise by turning their speakers up right now." - Jonny Ross (Drums)

New Device & Jordan Red Frontman to release video for WW2 song ‘For Better Days’ and stream exclusive live show in aid of Poppy Appeal

London based singer/songwriter Daniel Leigh to release video for WW2 song ‘For Better Days’ and stream exclusive live show in aid of Poppy Appeal.

‘For Better Days’ came to Daniel in a dream and tells the heart-breaking story of a WW2 pilot writing letters to his sweetheart who he never gets to return home to. It is an incredibly moving song and has been a firm fan favourite.

The video to accompany the song is just as personal as the song itself. It features old photographs from Daniels own archive and that of his team and close friends who have family who were involved in or were lost in the war. Making it an even more poignant reminder of how lucky we are now and how much we owe to those who are no longer with us.

During Lockdown Daniel has been performing live streams nightly on Facebook and Twitch and having reached 1.5 MILLION people to date with this song during those now seemed a fitting time to utilise that exposure for something good.

There has always been plans to do something…

NYC metal/hardcore celebrity Billy Graziadei of Biohazard teams up with two teachers on CRU SOX, a brand that gives back

It all started when Edward was teaching his 8th grades teenagers and decided to look for ways to make a positive impact in the community and expand his reach beyond the classroom. Angela, his wife and teacher too, was on board right away. Their dream became a reality when they met their idole, NYC legend Billy Graziadei, founder of the band Biohazard.

Billy Graziadei and his Cru Sox partners, Angela and Edward Davis all have a passion to make the world a better place. Together they founded CRU SOX, a brand of socks with the primary goal to donate as many of them as possible to the homeless, every time a pair of socks is purchased.

“The success of the company is based on how much free stuff we can give away.” Much of the company’s support has come from artists and others who believe it’s worth the effort to put a smile on someone’s face.

Socks are one of the most needed articles of clothing for individuals experiencing homelessness, and are therefore one of the most requested items by c…

Raleigh Groove Metal WoR Cover The Offspring’s “Come Out And Play”

WoR, groove metal hailing from Raleigh, USA unleashed their debut album “Prisoners” on August 7th of this year via Bungalo Records/Universal. On the full length, the band takes a grinding chainsaw with a pummeling battering ram to pulverize a heavy cover version of one of The Offspring‘s most beloved tracks “Come and Out Play”, which the band is sharing today with a streaming visualizer below.

The band comments on covering the track:

“We chose this iconic song for its energy, attitude, and lyrical message. We felt it spoke to the overall theme of our album, which discusses similar topics such as rebellion, anger, and rage. We were messing around at practice one day and were playing this song and felt that we could really inject some new life into it. We bumped up the tempo, tuned down, threw a breakdown in the middle, and incorporated Bobby Demoss’ trademark screaming vocals to achieve that goal.”

Listen to “Come and Out Play” on YouTube (Visualizer).

Throwing in elements of thrash, m…
