Prog/Ambient Metallers 'Vrona' Announce 2 New Tracks & The Addition Of A Vocalist!

Vrona Announce New Songs With Addition Of Vocalist Within a year of their inception, Vrona had already performed at Bloodstock and Mammothfest, and shared stages with the likes of Dorje, Cambion, The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing and more. Their first EP 'A Lapse In Time' released in early 2016 gained them critical acclaim with their instrumental offerings being compared to a vocal-less mix of Karnivool, TesseracT and Tool. 2017 sees a marked change in the band as they release two new tracks on October 25th and unveil a new twist to their ever evolving sound - the introduction of vocalist Jamie Ball. The two track release entitled 'Impermanence' still showcases Vrona's brand of progressive ambient metal. However, the addition of vocals, and the acceptance of more outside influences into their melting pot shows that the band are not afraid to change things up. Festival Preview: Mammothfest UK - Upcoming Acts To Watch!

Mammothfest is just two and a half weeks away now! The Brighton festival is back yet again, but this year it is all happening at their new home under one roof at The Arch venue, located on the seafront which boasts two stages for the three-day mental weekend that is taking place on the 6-8th October.  The line-up is immense and impressively features all three headliners as UK exclusives with Rotting Christ, Fleshgod Apocalypse, and Amenra as well as a UK exclusive set from Norwegian Black metallers Tsjuder. Other heavyweight acts on the bill include Dragged Into Sunlight, Akercoke, Vodun, Lawnmower Deth, Meta-stasis and more, which surely are all bands you will want to be checking out, but to help you plan your itinerary for the festival weekend further, here is a list of a few upcoming bands that you should be checking out at the festival also! Following the huge success of last year’s Mammothfest which took place in October 2016 and marked their biggest event to date, with larger venues and well known metal acts, Textures, Venom Inc and Conan leading the brigade that led to the victory and accolade of being almost a complete sell out and going on to earn them three festivals award nominations , including the UK Festival Awards in two categories, Best Metropolitan and Best Small Festival 2016 as well as the TBFM Best Independent Festival 2016 . With one of the heaviest line-ups announced for Mammothfest’s return to Brighton for 2014 to tide you over until the main epic event there are a series of awesome live warm up shows in the run up the main festival taking place on August 30th and 31st !
