Wayward Sons announce MuddiBrooke for UK Tour + Planet Rock Band Contest

  Wayward Sons have announced grunge rock power trio Muddibrooke as guests on their upcoming UK tour this January PLUS an exciting Planet Rock contest that gives local bands and artists an opportunity to open the shows. The band says: “We’re delighted to announce Derby power trio Muddibrooke as main support on all the Wayward Sons January shows. We have always been advocates for new music and given the amount of talent out there at the moment it is a delight to have one of the brightest of the bunch on tour with us. In-line with our ethos we have teamed up with Planet Rock to also invite new bands within a 50 mile radius of each of the show towns to submit one song in MP3 format/band photo/social media links to the email below from which we will choose an opening act. MuddiBrooke Release 'Liverpool Guy' Music Video

  Rising alt-rock/grunge trio MuddiBrooke have released a new music video for their latest single 'Liverpool Guy'. The track is taken from the Derby band's forthcoming debut ep 'Lunacy' which is out 22nd October and available to pre-order now. Ahead of the release of 'Lunacy', MuddiBrooke have announced a series of live dates to promote the new release. MuddiBrooke's new single is a spiralling twist of distortion and drive entwined by melody and social commentary of a different kind post lockdown. "'Liverpool Guy' could be seen as an anthem of the end of lockdown and being released from our, sometimes, comfortable prisons", says vocalist/guitarist Brooke.
