SALEM sign with Dissonance Productions & Are Set To Release  Their Third Album ‘Attrition’ in 2018 Salem formed in 1979 and built a strong following with their heavy rock based on thundering rhythms, soaring twin-guitars and powerful melodies. The band’s 1982 single sold globally and continued gig across the northeast of England before folding in May 1983. In 2010, Salem’s original recordings were released on the album “In The Beginning.” This attracted great interest, so the band reformed and played its first gig in twenty-seven years! In 2011, Salem recorded three new tracks for the “New Tricks” limited edition EP and played again to launch the EP. The band played a number of events in Europe in 2012 including the Heavy Metal Festival V in Italy, Negasonic and Ages of Metal in Belgium, and back home at the Metieval Winterfest back in Hull. MINDWARS Sign With Dissonance Productions & New Album “Do Unto Others” Set For 2018  Mike and the boys are hard at work completing the new album and preparing themselves for its launch in 2018. MINDWARS was created in the fall of 2013 by the desire of two individuals who wanted to bring the sound of metal from the 1980s to the current power of today. Mike Alvord formerly of HOLY TERROR and Roby Vitari formerly of HEADCRASHER and JESTER BEAST, met by chance in 1989 when HOLY TERROR was touring Europe in support of their 1988 release Mind Wars. Steve Grimmett's Grim Reaper Announce Festival Dates Steve Grimmett’s GRIM REAPER have announced five new festival dates starting at Bang Your Head in Germany on July 14, 2017. Normally that wouldn’t be much to write home about but after the past six months, Steve Grimmett has had it’s a minor miracle. As widely reported Steve had to have part of his leg amputated in Ecuador while on the bands South American tour in January after an operation to stem an aggressive infection failed.
