The Damned announce 2023 UK tour

  Today The Damned announce a huge UK tour for March/April 2023, with special guests The Nightingales. David Vanian, Captain Sensible, Monty Oxymoron, Paul Gray and Will Glanville-Taylor will tour the UK in support of a brand-new album coming next year. Tickets go on sale at 10 am on Thursday 24 November here . After the success of 2022’s Original Line-up tour and also the release of the film/album A Night Of A Thousand Vampires, which reached #1 on the UK Official Music Video Chart, The Damned current line-up have been hinting at new music for 2023, a Damned new world… watch the teaser trailer here . In support of their upcoming project The Damned will hit the road, opening their tour in Cardiff on 31 March and closing with a show at Alexandra Palace Theatre in London on 20 April. The Damned 'A Night Of A Thousand Vampires' Hits Number 1 in UK Official Music Video Charts

  The long-awaited live album and film from The Damned, A Night Of A Thousand Vampires, out now on earMUSIC, has hit Number 1 on the UK Official Music Video Chart and the UK Official Blu-Ray Chart. Watch ‘Neat Neat Neat / Bela Lugosi’s Dead’ clip from the film here . Just in time for Hallowe’en, The Damned knocked The Beatles’ Get Back off the top spot in both charts. A Night Of A Thousand Vampires was a night to remember for those of us amongst the living... and the undead! An evening of shock, awe and a fierce live rampage - watch here . The film premiered in London last week at FrightFest to a sold-out audience of punk and horror fans alike. The event was also attended by Vampire film legend Caroline Munro, Hammer Films actress and star of Dracula A.D.1972 and Captain Kronos: Vampire Hunter.
