SERENE DARK (formerly Endemise) Unleash A Brutal “Dualitatem”

Like a blackened metallic phoenix rising from the ashes of their previous band Endemise; Ottawa’s SERENE DARK intends to take their extreme metal to new heights. Recently morphing from Endemise to SERENE DARK, these demons have joined forces for the premiere of their debut track “Dualitatem”, which will be featured on the band’s 2018 album. Guitarist Dale Sauve explains:“We have been making metal with our current line-up for the past 7 years and decided a new name and fresh start was in order. Our former band Endemise formed over 12 years ago and it went through so many line-up changes and musical directions, we decided to put that band to rest and create Serene Dark as a fresh start.” Inspired by Septicflesh, Behemoth, Watain, Dark Funeral and Dissection, SERENE DARK‘s sound is dark, heavy, entrancing, emotional, and orchestral. Sauve adds: “It will be received as a new, but familiar sound for any previous fans of our last band…We want our fans to get lost in the music. We wa...

A GATHERING OF NONE Release Official Lyric Video for “No Stone Left Unturned"

Alternative Metal Band A GATHERING OF NONE has released the official lyric video for their single, "No Stone Left Unturned," off of their newly released third album, One Last Grasp At Hope. Check out the video below: Vocalist/songwriter TB says, "The song 'No Stone Left Unturned' is somewhat autobiographical in that it's about realizing you've made your fair share of mistakes and are trying to repair the damage those mistakes have caused. There is a constant search for answers and a feeling of hopelessness in there that I think everyone can identify with, yet maintaining a positive outlook about your want and need to grow as a person.' "O...

Infected Dead unleashed their stunning debut EP Archaic Malevolence last December; six tracks of visceral death metal, brutal, catchy, influenced by genre leaders Aborted and The Black Dahlia Murder, as well as a love of the occult and Lovecraftian cosmic horror. The band have offered up a brand new lyric video for ‘Resurrectionist’, edited and by Andy Pilkington of Very Metal Art. Vocalist Lou Ede speaks, “The great Nyarlathotep has returned, in ‘Resurrectionist’ he begins the incantations that will wake the old ones from their deathlike sleep and spread insanity throughout the land.” Watch the video below: From the rotten shores of the River Medway in Kent, UK, the 5-piece have honed a razor-sharp sound, underlined by their trademark breakneck speed and intense live shows, which has been quickly turning heads in the UK underground. Guitarist Alex Brown comments on the writing for their debut record, “From the start of the writing process for Archaic Malevolence it wa...
