  15 years into their career, Volumes have weathered ups, downs, time, trends, and everything else life could throw at them only to come out stronger on the other side. Against all odds, a devout audience has ridden shotgun and grown with them every step of the way, waiting for this moment. SET IT OFF have shared another new song, 'One Single Second.' Frontman Cody Carson spoke about the new song "For this song, I brought myself back to one of my worst memories of relationships I can remember — the first time I got cheated on by my first love. The entire song is basically telling the story of how I felt the connection fade and started putting the pieces together. It's got that angst, that aggression, that mysterious feeling of 'Do I know for sure?' 'Do I not know at all?'
