Brazilian metal veterans pay tribute to Entombed with cover of "Out of Hand"

  A quartet of Brazilian metal veterans teamed up to celebrate Entombed, the Swedish death metal giant formed in the late 80s featuring the iconic singer L-G Petrov. The idea of ​​recording "Out of Hand", originally released in "Wolverine Blues" back in 1993, came from guitarist Elizeu Hainzenreder (ex-Desolate Ways) in 2021, the same year Petrov died after a long battle with cancer. The musician invited vocalist Eduardo "Clark" Monteiro (ex-A Sorrowful Dream, ex-Unmaker), bassist Fabrício Bertolozi (Dyingbreed, ex-Horror Chamber) and drummer Paulo Wilges (Mortal Touch, Aterro, ex-Baal Hamon). The production was handled by Roger "Earth" Fingle (Seduced by Suicide, Blood Tears), who has been producing rock and metal bands for over twenty years. As collective fans of Amy Winehouse, Montreal's JUNKOWL are paying homage to the artist with a heavy, harsh, and guttural cover music video for her song "Back To Black". Vocalist Jesse Frechette explains further on the band's choice to cover an Amy Winehouse song. "When we decided to record a cover song, we knew we wanted to go with one that wasn’t metal to begin with and really make it our own. We chose Amy Winehouse because her lyrical content is very dark and I’ve always admired her honest and extremely personal writing style.   German musician Ben Blutzukker releases a metal cover/remix version of  DANCEFLOOR SATELLITE which is the biggest hit so far by the gothic rockers  AEON SABLE from Essen. And in his current remix/cover-rage, BEN  BLUTZUKKER has now created the "Moshpit Satellite" out of it. Remixes are much more common in electronic music, but BEN would now like to establish remixing in the metal scene as well.
