Mannequin are a recently formed extreme metal duo from the North-East of England, consisting of Benjó James (vocals) and Jack Wilson (guitars) who manage to create a hell of a loud high impact sound!.. 'Harpy Doll' taken from their first EP 'From January to Funeral March' is quite something, largely sounding bleak, dark and brutal but with glimpses of hope, shown through the melodic flurries, which strike hard, especially as it's unexpected, but works wonderfully in this brutal relentless track! Looking for upcoming talent which is different and inspiring..Majentta a new female artist from LA is one to look out for! She has just released a new video and single called, 'Burst' which is powerful, atmospheric and haunting, which displays her beautiful unique far reaching vocals which fit the video perfectly. The video itself is mysterious, dark and compelling and more than just your average music video, being more like a mini film, which is rather impressive especially considering by an independent artist; So the video and song combined make quite an first impression!
