Instrumental quartet from Brighton are back on the scene after taking some time out to focus on their sophomore album and they have landed a brilliant comeback show marking the bands first gig in a while, at MammothFest 2014 which as it happens is the return of the festival since its debut back in 2010! The band were lucky enough to be added to the line-up at the last minute, following Divine Chaos pulling out of the rebirth of the festival, so I asked them about their upcoming performance and what is in store with their new album and future plans .. So firstly how was it to be added to the MammothFest line-up at the last minute, especially seeing as this will be your first live comeback show in some time?! Porshyne Latest Act Announced! With less than a month to go now until the much anticipated return of Brighton's MammothFest taking place on 30-31st August, looking to make a hefty impact once again, they have had a few line up changes as Death Metal grind act, Foetal Juice have had to pull out of the Brighton Festival, as unable to make show and atmospheric rock act, Porshyne have been confirmed as replacement which ties in nicely with other recent annoucement of instrumental band, thedealwasforthediamond being added to line-up, as Divine Chaos had to pull out of the show also.      Unfortunately thrash metallers from Slough, Divine Chaos have had to pull out of MammothFest 2014 which takes place at the Green Door Store, Brighton between Saturday 30th August and Sunday 31st August. But although this is a shame, the band replacing them is instrumental progressive act from Brighton, thedealwasforthediamond, who are returning after a break with their upcoming sophomore album and as a result of working on their new album they haven't played live for a while, so MammothFest 2014 marks their come back show of the year!
