Never Say Die Change Band Name To Deadset Society Charting Hard Rock newcomers Never Say Die have announced a sudden name change to DEADSET SOCIETY. The band featuring members of Platinum selling group My Darkest Days decided on the change after receiving notice of trademark infringement and pending legal action from UK based electronic music label Never Say Die Records. The band’s front man released a statement: “It is with heavy hearts we must announce changing our band name due to a trademark infringement with UK label Never Say Die Records.
