BLOODSTOCK ANNOUNCES 10 BANDS FOR 2023! HEADLINERS INCLUDE MEGADETH & KILLSWITCH ENGAGE!

  BLOODSTOCK festival is thrilled to already be looking ahead and announcing a swathe of awesome bands for the 2023 event, which is set to take place on 10th-13th August 2022 at Catton Park, Derbyshire. Metalcore pioneers KILLSWITCH ENGAGE are set to headline the Ronnie James Dio main stage on Friday, their first ever appearance at the festival. Meanwhile, thrash legends MEGADETH will close out proceedings in spectacular style on Sunday night. Other confirmed main stage bands include DEVILDRIVER, FIT FOR AN AUTOPSY, KNOCKED LOOSE, DECAPITATED and GATECREEPER. Over on the Sophie Lancaster Stage, ZEAL & ARDOR will headline one day (tbd) and expect to also see sets from KING 810 and UNTO OTHERS. Stay tuned for more 2023 surprises soon. STATIC-X announces new support for select dates of the final leg of their 20th Anniversary Wisconsin Death Trip Tour / Memorial to Wayne Static

In wake of the recent news that DevilDriver front man Dez Fafaras wife, Anastasia Fafara, has been diagnosed with cancer, Devildriver has been forced to withdraw from the tour, so that Dez may remain home to care for her and his family. Static-X sends the Fafara family our prayers and support. Drowning Pool and Musroomhead will now appear on select dates, while Dope, Wednesday 13, and Raven Black will remain part of the tour as originally scheduled. “Hello everyone , My wife has been diagnosed with cancer . I will be staying home to care for her and be by her side every minute as she begins her Cancer fight with surgery and further treatments . Apologies to all but I’m sure you all understand that family comes before work. DOPE front-man EDSEL DOPE, in the midst of a flurry of online speculation, has broken his silence to address the claims of photographic evidence attempting to prove his role as the masked vocalist, named Xer0, on the current STATIC-X Wisconsin Death Trip 20th Anniversary Tour / Memorial for WAYNE STATIC. STATIC-X Releases Video Teaser for New Song, "HOLLOW" & Announce Official Release Date for Long Awaited, 7th Studio Album, ‘PROJECT REGENERATION’

STATIC-X has released a video teaser for their new song, "HOLLOW," off of their highly anticipated 7th studio album, PROJECT REGENERATION. The album is scheduled to release May 29, 2020 with all pre-ordered merchandise associated with the new album to begin shipping October 15th. Check out the promo video for 'Hollow' below: Originally scheduled for release in Spring of 2019, the new STATIC-X album, PROJECT REGENERATION was first intended to feature several guests vocalists, along with the original Wisconsin Death Trip band line up of Tony Campos, Ken Jay, and Koichi Fukuda. During the recording sessions for PROJECT REGENERATION, one of the bands producers uncovered several additional unreleased / unfinished STATIC-X tracks, many of which contained isolated vocal performances by Wayne Static.
