SOULLINE present DRAGONFLY, first single from new LP "Screaming Eyes"

Soulline are proud to present the official video of Dragonfly, the first single from their new album, Screaming Eyes, to be released on March 11th, 2022, via Massacre Records. Marco, the band's guitarist, says about the general atmosphere around the new record: "The eyes are the mirror of the soul. And the metal soul of this record screams, screams with strength for an act of revenge from life. Life of an ordinary human being who has had a very deep bass, a shadowy part of existence that he has accepted, understood and against which he is now fighting. And it is precisely the decision to get up that can be defined as "heroic". Screaming Eyes, our new album released on March 11th this year, is a journey side by side with all those people who are tired of suffering and being sick, who decide to react and start living again by finding the resources inside themselves. The sequence of the songs coincides precisely with the heroic path of the listener." Regarding th

Columbus, OH based Rock Band SOUTH OF EDEN has released their newest single, a cover of the 1984 VAN HALEN track "Drop Dead Legs," off of their breakout album, 1984. Directed by front-man Ehab Omran and edited by John Payne, "Drop Dead Legs" is only streamable from the band's YouTube and Facebook . “‘Drop Dead Legs’ is one of many VH songs where the riff, lyrics, and groove come together to form a sound signature to those 4 dudes jamming in a room. Although we have played ‘Unchained’, ‘Running With the Devil’, ‘Beautiful Girls’ and more of their other tunes live, ‘Drop Dead Legs’ felt like the best choice to encapsulate everything we love about Van Halen! RIP to a legend” -- Ehab Omran (Lead Vocals, Acoustic Guitar) We’re a band that writes, records, and plays like the pioneers of rock before us. We aren’t looking to bring anything back, but instead to remind people what rock n roll means. No rules. This music represents what we believe is real, raw music. S

With two well-received singles out already, Circa Arcana are putting out a lyric video for “The Tower” off their upcoming EP entitled “Bridget Vīgintī”. The five tracks on the record take inspiration from the occult and tarot, exemplified in the track names. The “arena metal” track “The Tower” is no exception, and tells one hell of a story as you listen closely to its lyrics. Guitarist Johny Serna explains it in further detail: “The song ties in clean ambient hooks with a melodic chorus, a plethora of synth and string production and finishes with a death punch of a breakdown. It really shows off the multitude of influences based within our music and captures a little of everything for the listener to enjoy! The song started off with the opening lead. Originally all I had written was probably the first 30 seconds to the track and after I showed the rest of the guys we quickly figured out a pattern for it and knocked it out. Frankie actually came up with that breakdown for it, still on

This new song will featured on the band's sophomore EP, 'Inner Wars', to be digitally released on February 18th wth the help of La Tangente Label . Check out the video below: "The Tide" is about being present in the moment and about self-awareness. The Tide metaphorizes this coming and going between conscious presence and moments of "floating" in our lives. This is what we tried to show in the video: the character is constantly being pulled down by the tide, which can represent the mind and the parasitic thoughts that prevent us from reaching this state of consciousness. Getting out of the water is a bit like getting out of the

The distinctive nature of Brandon Boyd’s forthcoming album, ECHOES AND COCOONS (pre-order at ), is as evident in the newest single “Dime In My Dryer” as in the other singles that have been released thus far - “Pocket Knife” and “Petrichor.” SPIN describes the newest track as ‘curiously textured’ and today you can hear it for yourself. “Dime In My Dryer” is a tale of discovery of what is important in life when forced to slow down. “It was in the relative silence of a world mostly shut down that I noticed how loud things had been in the before-times,” explains Brandon. “Not the obvious part of my life that is governed by big sounds and traveling, no, but that chatter or noise that emits from our shared experience as people. All of a sudden it would stop for brief intervals and in those gaps is where I began to see the parts of my life and my general experience that offered more signal and less noise.” What is the signal and what is the noise? How d
