ALTER BRIDGE Release “IN THE DEEP” From Upcoming Album 'WALK THE SKY'




As the debut track “Wouldn’t You Rather” becomes the next Top 20 Active Rock single in the band’s career, Alter Bridge have dropped another lyric video and song from their upcoming release Walk The Sky (October 18th via Napalm Records). “In The Deep” is now available on all digital service providers around the globe and the underwater-themed lyric video for the track can be seen here: https://youtu.be/xOZaoiPg8Xk



The song opens with a driving intro that breaks down to an inspirational verse and powerful chorus that has become a calling card for Myles Kennedy on vocals/guitars, Mark Tremonti on guitars/vocals, Brian Marshall on bass and Scott Phillips on drums. Walk The Sky, the band’s 6th studio album, is produced by Michael “Elvis” Baskette and is now available for pre-order at https://smarturl.it/WalkTheSky.

Alter Bridge will be heading out on their first worldwide tour in over 2 years starting on September 19th. The band will play 2 headline shows in Raleigh, NC on September 19th and North Myrtle Beach, SC on September 21st before starting the VICTORIOUS SKY TOUR on September 22nd in Baltimore, MD. The VICTORIOUS SKY TOUR will take the band throughout the United States co-headlining alongside Skillet with special guest Dirty Honey opening. The European headline tour billed as the WALK THE SKY TOUR is scheduled for November and December and will feature Shinedown, Sevendust and The Raven Age. The band has also been announced as part of the inaugural Exit 111 festival in October and as a headliner of the sold-out 2020 sailing of Shiprocked. REVIEW: Spreading The Disease - Insurrection

Modern metal quartet Spreading The Disease from Kent, UK formed in 2014 and then earlier this year in September 2017 they finally unleased their debut album ‘Insurrection’ which shows they are ready to infect metalheads and critics alike with their no-nonsense sounds…
Opening song ‘Find My Path’ starts with a melodic and resonant intro before fierce vocals come in with hard-hitting heavy guitars, it then goes on to feature an effective stripped back section towards the end which gives it extra depth. This is a powerful and strong start to the album.

J-Rockers Band-Maid make first European performance at huge MCM Comic Con

Band-Maid, one of Japan’s up-and-coming all-girl rock acts, made their live debut to UK/Europe at MCM London Comic Con, which took place from 27-29th May 2016 at ExCel London, hosting the UK's biggest Modern Pop Culture Event.


The Tokyo quintet who formed in 2013, consisting of Miku (guitar/vocals), Saiki (vocals), Kanami (guitar), Akane (drums) and bassist Misa – have been building quite a reputation and fan-base all over with their blend of cute yet deadly rock music and stand out imagery (appropriately dressing as maids) whilst they unleash and deliver their seriously skilled and striking sounds. The concept of the maid outfit aesthetic stems from founder Miku’s experiences in the maid cafes of Akihabara – the Tokyo district known for otaku (‘geek’) culture and passion for rock music.
