Alter Bridge Release Footage From Live Version Of "The Other Side"



Alter Bridge have launched the digital pre-order for their upcoming Live At The O2 Arena + Rarities album that is scheduled for release on September 8th worldwide via Napalm Records. The 30-track collection is now available via all digital retailers and can be ordered via iTunes and is also available via Amazon. Fans who pre-order the album digitally will receive an immediate download of the live version of “The Other Side.” Live at the O2 Arena + Rarities that captures one of the biggest moments of the band's career, when they played their monumental show at London's famous O2 Arena on November 24th, 2016.

To coincide with the launch at digital retail, the band is releasing a video for the live version of “The Other Side.” The video is a montage of performance footage from the band’s 2017 appearance at Download Festival in the UK and from their sold-out show at the O2 Arena. The video contains rare backstage footage alongside live performance footage and can be seen HERE.

Alter Bridge also recently announced another career milestone for themselves. The band is playing two nights at the iconic Royal Albert Hall in London on October 2nd and October 3rd. A 52-piece ensemble, The Parallax Orchestra, conducted by Simon Dobson, will back the band at these two unique shows. Adding to the excitement, both of these shows sold out in less than 7 minutes, another record first for Alter Bridge.

The album has been available for physical pre-order since it was announced last month. The 3-disc collection in contains the double live recording showcasing a variety of fan-favorites including "Show Me A Leader", "Rise Today", the Tremonti sung "Waters Rising", the acoustic-driven "Watch Over You" and their mighty signature anthem "Blackbird". In addition, this full-length "Rarities"-CD features the never-before released tracks "Cruel Sun" and "Solace" that were recorded during the One Day Remains sessions. In addition, fans can order the limited deluxe version which also include an exclusive ALTER BRIDGEdocumentary with interviews with the band, their crew and family, giving the fans an amazing glimpse behind the scenes of this legendary show at London's O2 arena! J-Rockers Band-Maid make first European performance at huge MCM Comic Con

Band-Maid, one of Japan’s up-and-coming all-girl rock acts, made their live debut to UK/Europe at MCM London Comic Con, which took place from 27-29th May 2016 at ExCel London, hosting the UK's biggest Modern Pop Culture Event.


The Tokyo quintet who formed in 2013, consisting of Miku (guitar/vocals), Saiki (vocals), Kanami (guitar), Akane (drums) and bassist Misa – have been building quite a reputation and fan-base all over with their blend of cute yet deadly rock music and stand out imagery (appropriately dressing as maids) whilst they unleash and deliver their seriously skilled and striking sounds. The concept of the maid outfit aesthetic stems from founder Miku’s experiences in the maid cafes of Akihabara – the Tokyo district known for otaku (‘geek’) culture and passion for rock music.

Modern metal quartet Spreading The Disease from Kent, UK formed in 2014 and then earlier this year in September 2017 they finally unleased their debut album ‘Insurrection’ which shows they are ready to infect metalheads and critics alike with their no-nonsense sounds…
Opening song ‘Find My Path’ starts with a melodic and resonant intro before fierce vocals come in with hard-hitting heavy guitars, it then goes on to feature an effective stripped back section towards the end which gives it extra depth. This is a powerful and strong start to the album.
‘Words Unspoken’ is a thumping tune with great rhythms and is very headbang worthy and incredibly catchy, keeping up the momentum is self-named track ‘Spreading The Disease’ which immediately pulls you in with catchy melodies and is all consuming with mighty riffs and a massive aggressive sound.
