Life Renewed Debut "By Faith" (Feat. Alvin Triplett of BoughtXBlood & Nick West)

LIFE RENEWED debuts their first single "By Faith" feat. Alvin Triplett of BoughtXBlood and Nick West. A project founded on the solid ground of faith that musician and producer Rob Volkoff believes in and began. A plan of music expression that focuses on life experiences and takes them to the heavier sounds of music manifestation. Debuting their first single "By Faith", Rob Volkoff has stepped into the realm of his own declaration of what he believes with his Passion Project. Having worked with several other Metalcore bands, it was time to release his vision through his own platform. "By Faith" is Volkoff's first from his up and coming EP Launching From Ground Zero due out sometime in late 2020. "

Check out the song below:

'"By Faith" features the vocalist Alvin Triplett of the Christian Metalcore Project BoughtXBlood from the Lynchburg, VA area with his harsh vocals and Nicholas West on clean vocals. This was the first song written in 2014 with the inspiration of roommate and clean vocal feature Nick West. This is song number four of a seven-song EP called Launching From Ground Zero. This EP encompasses the concept of a person who has struggled in life and has formed opinions, thoughts and feelings that have affected the person's life negatively. This song, along with the concept of the whole EP, is a journey of reflecting throughout all of life's experiences to discover and bring into fruition some of the lessons on how a person can find and truly possess faith - to grow, evolve and become a person with purpose. "By Faith" was the first completed song off the EP and was the foundation of the whole EP and encompasses all the elements of the EP musically & contextually"'
- Rob Volkoff

Created after the disbanding of I Prayed For An Afterlife (2013), Rob Volkoff ventured to record and produce his own music. Performing and recording in numerous projects over the years (Countermeasures, O, House of Jacob, Patheos, Discerner), the process of releasing the debut EP, Launching From Ground Zero has been delayed until late 2020. Anticipation is to be felt and held onto for the excitement of Volkoff's new works; creating new music with a few vocal features on the release.

J-Rockers Band-Maid make first European performance at huge MCM Comic Con

Band-Maid, one of Japan’s up-and-coming all-girl rock acts, made their live debut to UK/Europe at MCM London Comic Con, which took place from 27-29th May 2016 at ExCel London, hosting the UK's biggest Modern Pop Culture Event.

The Tokyo quintet who formed in 2013, consisting of Miku (guitar/vocals), Saiki (vocals), Kanami (guitar), Akane (drums) and bassist Misa – have been building quite a reputation and fan-base all over with their blend of cute yet deadly rock music and stand out imagery (appropriately dressing as maids) whilst they unleash and deliver their seriously skilled and striking sounds. The concept of the maid outfit aesthetic stems from founder Miku’s experiences in the maid cafes of Akihabara – the Tokyo district known for otaku (‘geek’) culture and passion for rock music.

Through their music videos they have been reaping success and gaining well deserved attention, especially for the videos f…

Modern metal quartet Spreading The Disease from Kent, UK formed in 2014 and then earlier this year in September 2017 they finally unleased their debut album ‘Insurrection’ which shows they are ready to infect metalheads and critics alike with their no-nonsense sounds…
Opening song ‘Find My Path’ starts with a melodic and resonant intro before fierce vocals come in with hard-hitting heavy guitars, it then goes on to feature an effective stripped back section towards the end which gives it extra depth. This is a powerful and strong start to the album.
‘Words Unspoken’ is a thumping tune with great rhythms and is very headbang worthy and incredibly catchy, keeping up the momentum is self-named track ‘Spreading The Disease’ which immediately pulls you in with catchy melodies and is all consuming with mighty riffs and a massive aggressive sound.
Latest single ‘Greed’ is frantic and driven and features some of the best guitarwork so far and again is very belligerent and is bound to get the mos…
